A parent reflected: "I didn't realize how fast I talk when I'm stressed." 🏆 Step 3: Connection Cards Each person wrote: "One small thing I will do this week to feel more connected to you is..." The commitments were beautiful: • "I will listen without interrupting" • "I will tell you one true thing about my day" • "I will give you a real hug when you come home" The Takeaway: We can't always read each other's minds, but we can always walk in each other's shoes—with love, fun, and a little imagination. Watching families laugh together, then genuinely connect through understanding, reminded me why this work matters so much.
